HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 562RESOLUTION NO. 562 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT UPON THE APPLICATION OF EUGENE E JACOBSON AND HAROLD H. JACOBSON. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1: The Planning Commission of the Cityof Tustin finds and determines that a proper application for a cSnditi0nal use permit was filed by EUGENE E. JACOBSON AND HAROLD H. JACOBSON for the granting of a conditional use permit to allow the construction of multiple family dwelling units upon the property at 720 W. Main Street, Tustin, California, more particularly described as: Parcels P & W of Stafford and Tustin Tract, in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, as recorded in Book 2, at pages 618 and 619 of the Mis- cellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, located in the PD District. SeDtiQn2: The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin duly called a public hearing on the proposed conditional use permit for~May 14, 1962, at ?:30 P.M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Tustin, California, all in accordance with Ordinance No. 157 of the City of Tustin. Said hearing was duly held, and at said hearing persons were heard speaking both for and against the grant- ing of said conditional use permit. Section 3: The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin finds and determines that the granting of a conditional use permit as applied for will not be detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to the property or improvements in the district where the property is located, and that it is in keeping with the general plan of the City of Tustin to gra~t said conditional use permit. .Se~iQn 4: A conditional use permit, as applied for, is hereby granted and approved, and the plans, setbacks, elevations, yards, design, character, size, location and use of buildings and structures, and the location and dimensions of streets, parking 144 areas, open areas and other uses, are hereby approved as set forth in the plot plan submitted by the applicant and filed with the Commission. The approval and granting of this said conditional use permit is subject to, and conditional upon, the approval of the fire protection facilities by the Fire Chief of the City of Tustin, California. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, at a regular meeting thereof held on May 14, 1962.
