A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT UPON THE APPLICATION
OF CASA TORO.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin,
California, does hereby resolve as follows'
Section l' The Planning Commission of ~the City
of Tustin f~Inds and determine~ that a proper application for a
Conditional Use Permit was filed by Casa Toro for the granting
of ~ Conditional Use Permit to allow the instgllstion and con-
struction of a sign upon the property at the uortheast corner of
Newport Boulevard and San J,~an Streets, being Assessor's Parcel
No. 103-280-24, being a subdivision of the westerly quarter of
Lot 17, of Block 12, Irvine Subidiv]sion.
Section 2: The Planning Commission of the City
of Tustin duly called a public meeting on the proposed Conditional
Use Permit for March 26, 1962, at 7:30 P.M., in the Council
Chambers, in the City Hall, Tustin, California, all in accordance
with Ordinance No. 157 of the City of Tustin, and said hearing was
duly held, and that at said meeting no protests to the granting
of said Conditional Use Permit were heard or received.
Se0tion ~: The Planning Commission of the City
of Tustin further finds and determines that the granting of a
Conditional Use Permit will not be detrimental to the public
welfare or injurious to the property or improvements in the dis-
trict where the property is located, and that it is in keeping
with the general plan of the City of Tustin to grand said
Conditional Use Permit.
Section 4: The said Conditional Use Permit ss
applied for is hereby granted, for a period of one year from the
date of adoption of this Resolution, upon the following conditions'
1. That the sign be constructed and located in
conformity with the application heretofore
filed, and the plot plan submitted therewith.
2. That the applicant post a $100.00 cash bond
prior to construction, to insure the removal
of said sign at the end of the one-year period.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, held March 26, 1962.
