RESOLUTION NO. 555
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT UPON THE APPLICATION
CAL-VA DAIRY.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustln,
California, does hereby resolve as follows'
Section l' The Planning Commission of the City
of Tustin finds and determines that a proper applicationfor a
Conditional Use Permit was filed by Cal-Va Dairy, for the granting
of a Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction and use of
a retail drive-in milk sales establishment in a C-2 zone on the
property which is a portion of Lot On e (1), Vincente Yorba Tract
M.M. 2:14, Office of the Recorder, County of Orange, located on
17th Street approximate%y 400 feet easterly of Yorba Street,
Tustin, California.
Section 2' The Planning Commission of the City
of Tustin duly called, a public meeting on the proposed Conditional
Use Permit for February 26, 1962, at 7'30 o'clock P.M., in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall, Tustin, California, all in
accordance with Ordinance No. 157 of the City or Tustin, and
said hearing was duly held, and at said meeting no protests to
the granting of said Conditional USe Permit were heard and
received.
SectiOn 3: The Planning Commission of the City
of Tustin further finds and determines that the granting of a
Conditional Use Permit willnot be detrimental to public welfare
or injurious to the property or improvements in the district where
the property is located, and that it is in keeping with the general
plan of the City of Tustin to grant said Conditional Use Permit.
~eqtion ~: The said Conditional Use Permit,
as applied, for, is hereby granted, subject to the following con-
ditions'
(a) That the use permitted be limited to retail drive-in sales
of milk products; (b) that there be no wholesale sales; (c)
that there be no milk processing operations, no milk route
base or station operations, or other uses or operatbns con-
ducted on said property other tha~ as specifically herein
permitted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the
City of Tustin, California, at a regular meeting thereof held on
February 26, 1962.
