A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANT-
ING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT UPON THE
APPLICATION OF HENRY V. EASTMAN.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin,
California, does hereby resolve as follows'
Section 1: The Planning Commission of the
City of Tustin finds and determines that a proper application
for a Conditional Use Permit was filed by HENRY V. EASTMAN, for
the construction and use of an off-street parking ].ct for an
· existing medical office building, said property being located
at the rear of 661 West First Street, Tustin, California, the
property on which said parking lot is to be constructed ~.s more
particularly~ described as follows'
A portion of the South 19 acre parcel as shown
on Filtpe Yorba Tract recorded in Book 4,
~age 2?6, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
ounty California, described as follows'
Commencing at a point in the center line of
First Street, said point being 245.31 feet
South 89° 51' 45" West from the Southeast
corner08f said Felipe Yorba Tract and thence
North 22'00" West 290 feet as the true
point of beginning of the land herein des-
cribed; thence South 89° 51' 45' West 130
feet; thence NoEth 0° 22' 00' West 50 feet;
thence North 8~v 51' 45" East 130 feet and
thence South 0v 22' 00" East 5Q feet to
sail point of beginning;
Reserving the West 30 feet for street purposes
and the right to pave said West 30 feet.
_Section 2' The Planning Commission of the City of
Tustin duly called a public meeting on the proposed Conditional
Use Permit for February 26, 1962, at 7'30 o'clock P.M., in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall, Tustin, California, all in
accordance with Ordinance No, 157 of the City of Tustin, and
said hearing was duly held, and at said meeting no protests
to the granting of said Conditional Use Permit were heard and
received.
Section B: The Planning Commission of the City of
Tustin further finds and determines that the granting of a Condi-
tional Use Permit will not be detrimental to public welfare or
injurious to the property or improvements in the district where
the property is located, and that it is in keeping with the general
plan of the City of Tustln to grant said Conditional Use Permit.
Section 4: The said Conditional Use Permit, as applied
for, is hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the
City of Tustin, California, at a regular meeting thereof held on
February 26, 1962.
