A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISS!ON OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA RECOMMENDING ZONING CHANGES AND
CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF TUSTIN
CEI~TA!N PiiOPERTY IN THE CITY OF TUSTIN.
WHEREAS, the owners of the real property, described
hereinafter, have requested_ that said property be rezoned from
~-1 to H-3, all in accordance with Ordinance Ne. 7]- of the City
of Tustin, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin
has duly given notice of a time and plnce for a puelic hearing
before the Planning Commission concerning said rezoning and
bu. ilding line requirements, all in accordance with Ordinance No.
7! of the City of Tustin, as amended; and
WHEREAS, A PUBLIC I[NARING WAS DULY NFLD ON FEB~I!A~Y 8,
1960, at 8'30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Tustin City Ha!l,
to hear objections to and to consider the rezoning and establish-
ment of building lines on that certain real property more particu-
larly described hereinafter;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Planning Conmissio}~ of the City of
Tustin does resolve as Follows'
Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that public
necessity, convenience, general welfare, end good zoning practice
require the changes in zoning and establishment of bui!d~ng lines
on the hereinafter described property as hereinafter set ~orth:
FROM R-1 TO
The southeasterly one-naif of Lot 32-Irvine's Sub
division excepting therefrom portions of Orange Avenue,
San Juan Street and L~guna Road.
'Also the northwesterly one-fourth of Lot 31 of said
Irvine Sub lying northeasterly of Laguna Road and South-
westerly of San Juan Street.
Also, the northerly rectangular I0 acres (661.~x660.6)
of the southeasterly 3/~ths of Lot 31, said irvine's Sub,
excepting therefrom San Juan Street.
Ail of which property is also known as "High School
Annexation" and "High School Annexation No. 2" to the
City of Tustin.
Section 2; That the PI~nnin~I Commission of the
~ty of
Tustin respectfully recommends that the above described real pro-
perty be rezoned as above set forth and that the building line
setback requirements and zoning be in accordance with a map,
which map is attached ?:ereto, incorporated }~erein ar,:d ~arl.~ed
"E×hibJt A".
