WHEREAS, a request has been made by the owners of cer- tain property described herein that certain parcels of said pro- perty be rezoned from R-1 to R-3, and ~ ' ~'~ the C~+,, n. ~. ,HER~.~o, ~ ~..~n~.neer of the Ci~v~ o.~ Tustin has duly presented his reports and recommendations to the Plann%ng Commission of the City of Tustin with regard to the rezoning of the hereinafter described property and has recommended that the whole of the "~' ' , ' ~Sr~ School Annexation" and "High School ~nnexation No. 2" be rezoned, and WHEREAS, public necessity, convenience, general welfare and good zoning practice require that proceedings be initiated for the rezoning of the property hereina6ter described; NOW, ............ ~mPP~nRE, ............... unat the Planning Commis- sion of the.. City of_ Tustin does de~olare its intention to commence proceedings on its own motion for the rezoning, pursuant to Ordin- ance No. 71 of the City of Tustin, as amended, of that certain rea! 'property located within the City of Tustin, more particularly described as follows' FROM R-1 TO R-3 The southeasterly one-half of Lot 52-irvine's Subdivision excepting therefrom portions of Orange Avenue, San Juan Street and Laguna Road. Also the northwesterly one-fourth of Lot 31, of said Irvine Sub lying northeasterly of Lacuna Road and south- westerly of San Juan Street. Also the northerly rectangular 10 acres (661.4x660.6) of the southeasterly 3/4ths of Lot 31, said Irvine's Sub, excepting therefrom San Juan Street. All of which property is also known as "High School Annexation" and "High School Annexation No. 2" to the City of Tustin. - PU~-~mp RESOLVED that a public hearing be held before the Planning Commission of the C~ of ~ ~ Tustin concerning the rezon%~g of said property, as ~bove set forth, in the Council Chambers of the Tust~n City ~._~= on the 8th day of February, 1960 at 8'30 P.H., and that due notice of said hearing be ~iven pursuant to Ordinance N.r,. ~ ' as a~nended .,~ off the City of Tustin, .
