AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
MODIFYING AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN BY REZONING THE PROPERTY OF DON
CHRISTESON TO THE R-3 AND P-D ZONES.
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California,
does ordain as follows:
Section 1: The City Council finds and determines
that a proper application for rezoning from the U Zone to the
R-3 Zone was _filed on behaof of DON CHRISTESON for the property
adjacent to McFadden Avenue, and on each side of Fronatage
Road (Pasadena. Avenue), more. particularly described as the
Southwest Quarter of Lot M of Stafford and Tustin Tract, as
shown on the Map recor~a~[ in Book 2, Pages 618 and 619 of
Miscellaneous Records of the County of Los Angeles, California.
Section 2: The Planning Commission duly held a
regularly called and noticed hearing on said application, and
recommended rezoning the P-D. The City ~C~uncil duly held a
regularly called and noticed public hearing and referred the
matter back to the Planning Commission for further study, re-
commendation and report. The Blaming Commission duly held a
regularly called and noticed public hearing and recommended
rezoning to R-2 and R-3. The City C~uncil duly held a regular-
l~ called and noticed public hearing on said rezoningm and de-

PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 1st day of October, 1962.
