HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 1613 0 0 RESOLUTION NO 1613 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 121 13 141 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 1576 PERMITTING A POLE SIGN AT 14192 NEI^d- PORT AVENUE The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve that paragraph 2 of Resolution No. 1576 shall be amended to state: 2. Planning Commission hereby approves Use Permit I7o. 76-30 to authorize the construction of a pole sign, 45 sq. ft. in area and 16 foot maximum height with a minimum ground clearance of 8 1/2 feet and 0' clearance between tenant signs effectively making one sign to be located at 14192 Newport Avenue in accordance with the submitted plans on file with the records of the City, subject to com- pliance with the criteria of the Sign Code (Ordi- nance No. 684) to include certification of light- ing intensity not to exceed 4?.5 MA, soft cool white lamps of not less than 10" on centers and subject to the following conditions: a. Submittal of plans with sign cabinet and pole cover design to staff's staisfaction. b. Signing areas shall be 5' X 6' for the major tenant space and 2 1/2' X 6' for the smaller shop area. Application for the sign be made by the owner of the building and subject to his control. c. The use of a pole sign shall be in lieu of any front wall identification per Ordinance No. 684.
