REGULAR BUSINESS (ITEMS 1 THROUGH 2)
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - JUNE 3, 2002 REGULAR
MEETING
It was moved by Doyle, seconded by Kawashima, to approve
the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of June 3, 2002.
Motion carried 5-0
2. AUTHORIZATION TO CONTINUE OPERATION FOR FISCAL
YEAR 2002/2003
It was moved by Doyle, seconded by Kawashima, to authorize
the Executive Director to continue fiscal operations for
2002/2003 at an appropriation level not to exceed that of
2001/2002, until such time as the budget process can be
completed. Since the 2002/2003 Budget will not be approved
until after July 1, 2002, it is necessary for the Agency to
authorize expenditures for operations. This would also include
capital improvement projects approved in fiscal year
2001/2002. It would not include new capital improvement
projects or services.
Motion carried 5-0.

CLOSED SESSION - None
ADJOURNMENT- Mayor Thomas adjourned the meeting at 9:04 p.m. The next regular
meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for Monday, July 1,2002, at 7:00 p.m. in
the Council Chamber at 300 Centennial Way. -
