REGULAR BUSINESS (ITEM 1 )
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - NOVEMBER 5, 2001
REGULAR MEETING
It was moved by Thomas, seconded by Kawashima, to
approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of November
5, 2001.
Motion carried 4-0, Doyle abstained.
None
OTHER BUSINESS
CLOSED SESSION - None
ADJOURNMENT- Chair Worley adjourned the meeting at 7:57 p.m. The Redevelopment
Agency scheduled a special moeting on Tuesday, November 27, 2001, at 12:00 p.m. and the
next regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for Monday, December 3,
2001, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at 300 Centennial Way.

MAYOR'S PRAYER BREAKFAST
Mayor Pro Tem Thomas thanked the Mayor for the prayer breakfast.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING
Mayor Pro Tem Thomas wished everyone a Happy Thanksgiving.
TUSTIN RANCH ROAD
Mayor Pro Tem Thomas remarked on the uneven road condition on Tustin Ranch Road.
TUSTIN MARKET PLACE
Mayor Worley stated she had received a letter from a young resident regarding the lack of
bike racks at the Tustin Market Place; and she requested a letter be sent to the Tustin Market
Place manager to rectify the problem.
PIONEER PARK MASTER PLAN
Mayor Worley said she was proud of the Parks and Recreation Commission's recent
adoption of the Pioneer Park Master Plan.
MAYOR ROTATION
Mayor Worley extended an invitation to everyone to attend the December 3, 2001 Council
meeting for the mayor changeover.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
ORANGE COUNTY FIRE AUTHORITY
Mayor Worley noted the Orange County Fire Authority was recommending that all new
homes have sprinklers.
ORANGE COUNTY COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (OCCOG)
Councilmember Bone commented on an OCCOG presentation on Maglev and requested
agendizing a presentation on what the Maglev routes would be.
ADJOURNMENT- Mayor Worley adjourned the meeting at 7:57 p.m. in memory of Frank Busa.
The City Council scheduled a special meeting on Tuesday, November 27, 2001, at 12:00 p.m. in
the City Council Chamber and the next regular meeting of the City Council was scheduled for
Monday, December 3, 2001, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at 300 Centennial Way.
