Nault, Finance Director Pat Sanchez, Director of Parks and Recreation Services Dana Kasdan, Engineering Services Manager Valerie Crabill, Chief Deputy City Clerk Bettie Correa, Senior Personnel Analyst Approximately 20 in the audience REGULAR BUSINESS ( ITEMS 1 ,THROUGH 3 ) 1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - MARCH 20, 2000 REGULAR MEETING It was moved by Doyle, seconded by Thomas, to approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of March 20, 2000. Motion carried 4-0, Potts absent. 2. COOPERATION AGREEMENT NO. 2 It was moved by Doyle, seconded by Thomas, to authorize the Chair of the Redevelopment Agency to execute Redevelopment Cooperation Agreement No. 2. Motion carried 4-0, Potts absent. 3. AUTHORIZATION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH DAVID TAUSSIG & ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR PREPARATION OF AN UPDATED FISCAL IMPACT ANALYSIS FOR REUSE AND REDEVELOPMENT OF MCAS TUSTIN William Huston, City Manager, stated that the staff report had been in error and the agreement included only an updated fiscal impact analysis. It was moved by Doyle, seconded by Thomas, in accordance with changes so noted, to authorize the Executive Director to execute an Agreement with the firm of David Taussig & Associates, subject to approval by the City Attorney, to provide an updated fiscal impact analysis to evaluate recurring municipal operations and maintenance costs for the reuse and redevelopment of MCAS Tustin Reuse Plan. Motion carried 4-Q, Potts absent. 400-10 OTHER BUSINESS - None CLOSED SESSION - None ADJOURNMENT - Chair Worley adjourned the meeting at 8:16 p.m. The next regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for Monday, April 17, 2000, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at 300 Centennial Way.
