ROLL CALL Members Present: Thomas R. Saltarelli, Chair Tracy Wills Worley, Chair Pro Tem Mike Doyle 3effery M. Thomas Members Absent: 3im Ports Recording Secretary: Pamela Stoker Others Present: William A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - APRIL 5, 1999 REGULAR MEETING ]~t was moved by Doyle, seconded by Thom_~, to approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of April 5, 1999. Hotion carried 4-0, Ports absent. 2. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS Tt was moved by Doyle, seconded by Thomas, to approve Demands in the amount of $129,003.07. Motion carried 4-0, Potts absent. 380-10 ~ 3. SELECTION OF REDEVELOPHENT AGENCY CHAIR AND CHAIR PRO TEM :It was moved by Saltarelli, seconded by Doyle, to nominate Chair Pro Tem Worley as Chair and Agencymember Thomas as Chair Pro Tem. Motion carried 4-0, Ports absent. OTHER BUSINESS - None CLOSED SESSION - None REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MINUTES Page 2, 4-19-99 ADJOURNMENT Chair Worley adjourned the meeting at 7:50 p.m. The next regular meeting o1: the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for Monday, May 3, 1999, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at 300 Centennial Way.
