HomeMy WebLinkAboutRDA MINUTES 1999 06 21 MINUTES REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA JUNE 21, 1999 CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chair Worley at 7:40 p.m. at the Council Chamber, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California. ROLL CALL :: Members Present: Tracy Wills Worley, Chair 3effery M. Thomas, Chair Pro Tem Hike Doyle 3im Potts Thomas R. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - JUNE 7, 1999 REGULAR MEETING It was moved by Ports, seconded by Thomas, to approve the Redevelopmerit Agency Ivlinutes of 3une 7, 1999. Hotion carried 5-0. 2. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS It was moved by Potts, seconded by Thomas', to approve Demands in the amount of $143,413.67. Hotion carried 5-0. 380-l0 3. AFFIRMATION OF THE PROJECT AREA COMMITTEE (PAC) ELECTION RESULTS ,.-- AND TRANSMITTAL TO CITY COUNCIL OF RESOLUTION NO. 99-47 FINDING : ; THAT THE PAC PROCEDURES FOR THE PROPOSED 1999 AMENDMENT TO THE SOUTH CENTRAL REDEVELOPMENT PLAN WERE FOLLOWED IN THE ELECTION OF THE PAC It was moved by Potts, seconded by Thomas, to affirm the election of the PAC and transmit Resolution No. 99-47 finding that the procedures for the formation and election of proposed 1999 Amendment to the South Central Redevelopment Plan (''1999 Amendment'3 were followed in the election of the PAC and determining the validity of any challenges to the election. LEASE AGREEMENT FOR PARKING SPACES IN THE STEVENS SQUARE PARKING STRUCTURE AND WAIVER OF LEASE FEES (AUDREY HEREDIA) Tt was moved by Ports, seconded by Thomas, to authorize the Assistant City Manager to execute a lease agreement between the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency and Ms. Audrey Heredia for the use of a total of eight (8) parking spaces owned by the Agency in the Stevens Square Parking Structure, subject to approval of the lease agreement by the City Attorney. 400-l0 Motion carried 5-0. OTHER BUSINESS - None CLOSED SESSION - None ADJOURNMENT Chair Worley adjourned the meeting at 7:42 p.m. The next regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for Tuesday, 3uly 6, 1999, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at 300 Centennial Way.
