HomeMy WebLinkAboutRDA MINUTES 1999 07 06 MINUTES REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA JULY 6, 1999 CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chair Worley at 8:08 p.m. at the Council Chamber, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - JUNE 21, 1999 REGULAR MEETING Tt was moved by Ports, seconded by Doyle, to approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of June 21, 1999. Motion carried 4-0, Saltarelli absent. 2. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS ~[t was moved by Ports, seconded by Doyle, to approve Demands in the amount of $80,785.85. Notion carried 4-0, Saltarelli, absent. 380-10 3. AUTHORiZATiON TO CONTINUE OPERATION FOR FISCAL YEAR 1999-00 It was moved by Potts, seconded by Doyle, to authorize the Executive Director to continue fiscal operations for 1999-00 at an appropriation level not to exceed that of 1998-99 until such time as the budget process can be completed. Notion carried 4.0, Saltarelli absent. 330-50 OTHER BUSINESS - None CLOSED SESSION Chair Worley announced that the Redevelopment Agency would convene in closed session to confer with the Agency's real property negotiator, Christine 5hingleton, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 regarding property located at 14741 and 14751 Newport Avenue. The negotiating parties were the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency and Mr. Dennis S. Smith. REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MINUTES Page 2, 7-6-99 Instructions to the negotiator concerned terms and conditions of acquisition; ADJOURNMENT Chair Worley adjourned the meeting at 8:08 p.m. The next regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for Monday, July 19, 1999, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at 300 Centennial Way.
