Motion carried 4-0, Thomas absent. 2. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS ]:t was moved by Potts, seconded by Saltarelli, to approve Demands in the amount of $30,997.70. Notion carried 4-Q, Thomas absent. 380-l0 3. RESOLUTION RDA NO. 99-1 ADOPTING THE AGENCY BUDGET AND · ,-- APPROPRIATING REVENUE OF THE AGENCY FOR FISCAL YEAR 1999/2000 ]:t was moved by Potts, seconded by Saltarelli, to adopt Resolution No. RDA 99-1, a Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency, adopting the Agency's 1999/2000 Budget of $9,534,308. RESOLUTION NO RDA 99-1 - A RESOLUTION OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE AGENCY BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING FROM ANTICIPATED REVENUE OF THE AGENCY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1999-2000 Motion carried 4-0, Thomas absent. REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MINUTES Page 2, 7-19-99 OTHER BUSINESS COMMENDATION - STAFF Agencymember Ports commended staff for efforts to save the insect infested eucalyptus trees. EXCESS PARK CONTINGENCY FEES Agencymember Ports suggested using excess park contingency fees for the purchase of additional swing sets and play equipment. CLOSED SESSZON - None ADJOURNMENT Chair Worley adjourned the meeting at 8:40 p.m. The next regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for Ivlonday, August 2, :L999, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at 300 Centennial Way.
