REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

NOVEMBER 15, '1999
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chair Worley at 8:55 p.m. at the Council Chamber, 300
Centennial Way, Tustin, California.

REGULAR BUSINESS (ITEMS 1 THROUGH 3 )
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - NOVEMBER 1, 1999 REGULAR MEETING
It was moved by Thomas, seconded by Doyle, to approve the Redevelopment Agency
Minutes of November 1, 1999.
Motion carried 5-0.
2. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
It was moved by Thomas, seconded by Doyle, to approve Demands in the amount of
$119,184.28.

3. LIBRARY
It was moved by Thomas, seconded by Doyle, to appropriate $20,000 from Town
Center Project Area funds and authorize the Assistant City Manager to execute a
Consultant Services Agreement with David Taussig & Associates, Inc. for special tax

consultant services related to financing of a Tustin library expansion, subject to
approval of the City Attorney.

ADJOURNMENT - Chair Worley adjourned the meeting at 8:55 p.m. The next regular
meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for Monday, December 6, 1999, at
7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at 300 Centennial Way.
