HomeMy WebLinkAboutRDA MINUTES 1999 11 15 MINUTES REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA NOVEMBER 15, '1999 CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chair Worley at 8:55 p.m. at the Council Chamber, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California. ROLL CALL Members Present: Tracy Wills Worley, Chair Jeffery M. Thomas, Chair Pro Tem Mike Doyle Jim Potts Thomas R. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - NOVEMBER 1, 1999 REGULAR MEETING It was moved by Thomas, seconded by Doyle, to approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of November 1, 1999. Motion carried 5-0. 2. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS It was moved by Thomas, seconded by Doyle, to approve Demands in the amount of $119,184.28. Motion carried 5-0. 380-10 3. LIBRARY It was moved by Thomas, seconded by Doyle, to appropriate $20,000 from Town Center Project Area funds and authorize the Assistant City Manager to execute a Consultant Services Agreement with David Taussig & Associates, Inc. for special tax Minutes - Redevelopment Agency November 15, 1999 - Page I consultant services related to financing of a Tustin library expansion, subject to approval of the City Attorney. 400-10 Motion carried 5-0. OTHER BUSINESS - None CLOSED SESSION None ADJOURNMENT - Chair Worley adjourned the meeting at 8:55 p.m. The next regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for Monday, December 6, 1999, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at 300 Centennial Way.
