REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
FEBRUARY 2, 1998
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chair Thomas at' 8:45 p.m. at the
Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California.

REGULAR BUSINESS (ITEMS I THROUGH 3)
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - JANUARY 19, 1998 REGULAR MEETING
It was moved by Ports, seconded by Saltarelli, to approve the
Redevelopment Agency Minutes of January 19, 1998.
Motion carried 5-0.
2. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
It was moved by Potts, seconded by Saltarelli, to approve Demands in
the amount of $122,501.90.
Motion carried 5-0. 380-10
3. CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH INTERRA STRATEGIES, INC.' FOR
PREPARATION OF A MARKETING AND MEDIA PLAN FOR MCAS-TUSTIN
It was moved by Pot~s, seconded by Worley, to authorize the Executive
Director to execute a Consultant Services Agreement between the
Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency and Interra, Inc. to develop a
Marketing and Media Plan for the MCAS-Tustin property.
Motion carried 5-0. 400-10

Chair Thomas adjourned the meeting at 8:45 p.m. The next regular meeting
of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for Tuesday, February 17, 1998,
