CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chair Pro Tem Saltarelli at 7:56 p.m. at the Council Chambers, 300
Centennial Way, Tustin, California.

1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - APRIL 6, 1998 REGULAR MEETING
Tt was moved by Potts, seconded by Worley, to approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of
April 6, 1998.
Motion carried 5-0.
2. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
Tt was moved by Potts, seconded by Worley, to approve Demands in the amount of $242,783.49.
Motion carried 5-0. 380-10
3. SELECTION OF REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY CHAIR AND CHAIR PRO TEM
It was moved by Potts, seconded by Thomas, to nominate Chair Pro Tem Saltarelli as Chair and
Agencymember Worley as Chair Pro Tem. 420-75
Notion carried 5-0.

ADJOURNMENT
Chair Saltarelli adjourned the meeting at 7:58 p.m. The next regular meeting of the Redevelopment
Agency was scheduled for Monday, May 4, 1998, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 300
Centennial Way.
