APPROVAL OF MINUTES - JULY 20, 1998 REGULAR MEE'I'/NG Tt was moved by Doyle, seconded by Worley, to approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of 3uly 20, 1998. Motion carried 4-0, Thomas absent. 2. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS Zt was moved by Doyle, seconded by Worley, to approve Demands in the amount of $92,786.18. Motion carried 4-Q, Thomas absent. 380-10 3. PUBLIC HEARING: APPROVAL OF DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE VICINITY OF SIXTH STREET AND EL CAMINO REAL :It was moved by Doyle, seconded by Worley, to continue this item to the September 8, 1998 Agency meeting. Motion carded 4-0, Thomas absent. 400-l0 4. PUBLIC HEARING: ADOPTING THE AGENCY BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING REVENUE OF THE AGENCY FOR FISCAL YEAR 1998-99 :It was moved by Potts, seconded by Doyle, to adopt the following Resolution No. RDA 98-4 adopting the Agency's 1998-99 budget of $10,265,424.00: REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MINUTES Page 2, 8-3-98 RESOLUTION NO. RDA 98-4 - A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE AGENCY BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING FROM ANTICIPATED REVENUE OF THE AGENCY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1998-99 Agencymember Potts noted that the Fire Authority Equity Study had no impact on the City's budget. ,...
