REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
MARCH 3, 1997
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chair Worley at 9:00 p.m. at the
Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California.

ROLL CALL
REGULAR BUSINESS ( ITEMS I THROUGH 2 )
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - FEBRUARY 18, 1997 REGULAR MEETING
Agencymember Potts announced he would abstain from voting on this
issue due to his absence from the February 18, 1997 meeting.
It was moved by Thomas, seconded by Saltarelli, to approve the
Redevelopment Agency Minutes of February 18, 1997.
Motion carried 4-0, Potts abstained.
2. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
It was moved by Thomas, seconded by Saltarelli, to approve Demands in
the amount of $206,853.07.
Motion carried 5-0. 380-10
OTHER BUSINESS - None
CLOSED SE88ION
Chair Worley announced that the members of the Board of Directors of the
Agency would convene in closed session to meet with the Agency Counsel
regarding real property negotiations. The property was located at 191,
193 and 195 East Main Street, Tustin. The negotiating parties were June
and Martin Perfit and the Community Redevelopment Agency. Instructions to
Agency's negotiator will concern price and other terms.
ADJOURNMENT
Chair Worley adjourned the meeting at 9:00 p.m. The next regular meeting
of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for Monday, March 17, 1997, at
