REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA

CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chair Thomas at 7:58 p.m. at the
Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California.

REGULAR BUSINESS ( ITEMS I THROUGH 3 )
APPROVAL OF MINUTES - APRIL 21, 1997 REGULAR MEETING
It was moved by Potts, seconded by Saltarelli, to approve the
Redevelopment Agency Minutes of April 21, 1997.
Motion carried 5-0.
2. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
It was moved by Potts, seconded by Saltarelli, to approve Demands in
the amount of $346,206.23.
Motion carried 5-0. 380-10
3. AUTHORIZATION TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR DEMOLITION OF CASE SWAYNE
BUILDING
It was moved by Potts, seconded by Saltarelli, to adopt the following
Resolution No. RDA 97-1 approving specifications for demolition of
the building at 1021 East Edinger Avenue and authorizing the
advertising of bids for the project:
RESOLUTION NO. RDA 97-1 - A RESOLUTION OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
~ SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE DEMOLITION OF THE BUILDING' AT 1021 EAST
~ EDINGER AVENUE AND AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Motion carried 5-0. 400-45
OTHER BUSINESS - None
CLOSED SESSION
Chair Thomas announced that the Redevelopment Agency would convene in
closed session with Agency counsel to confer about real property
negotiations, specifically: 191-195 E. Main Street, Tustin; Tustin
Community Redevelopment Agency and June and Martin Perfit; negotiations
will concern price and terms of payment.

Chair Thomas adjourned the meeting at 7:59 p.m. The next regular meeting
of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for Monday, May 19, 1997, at
7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 300 Centennial Way.
