REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
AUGUST 18, 1997
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chair Thomas at 8:25 p.m. at the
Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California.

REGULAR BUSINESS ( ITEMS I THROUGH 3 )
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - AUGUST 4, 1997 REGULAR MEETING
It was moved by Potts, seconded by Doyle, to approve the
Redevelopment Agency Minutes of August 4, 1997.
Motion carried 4-0, Worley absent.
2. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
It was moved by Potts, seconded by Doyl~, to approve Demands in the
amount of $27,592.95.
Motion carried 4-0, Worley absent. 380-10
3. PUBLIC HEARING: ADOPTING REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BUDGET AND
APPROPRIATING REVENUE OF THE AGENCY FOR FISCAL YEAR 1997-98
Chair Thomas opened the Public Hearing at 8:25 p.m. There were no
speakers on the subject and the Public Hearing was closed.
It was moved by Saltarelli, seconded by Doylo., to adopt the following
Resolution No. RDA 97-3 adopting the Redevelopment Agency's 1997-98
budget of $7,861,219.00:
RESOLUTION NO. RDA 97-3 - A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE AGENCY BUDGET
AND APPROPRIATING FROM ANTICIPATED REVENUE OF THE AGENCY FOR FISCAL
YEAR 1997-98
Motion carried 4-0, Worley absent. 330-50
Agencymember Potts stated that he had discussed budget concerns with
the Executive Director and had requested staff correct the noted
areas of concern during the year.

ADJOURNMENT
Chair Thomas adjourned the meeting at 8:25 p.m. The next regular.~meeting
of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for Tuesday, September 2, 1997,
at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 300 Centennial Way.
