REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
NOVEMBER 3, 1997
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chair Thomas at 7:47 p.m. at the
Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California.

REGULAR BUSINESS ( ITEMS I THROUGH 3 )
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - OCTOBER 20, 1997 REGULAR MEETING
It was moved by Potts, seconded by Saltarell i, to approve the
Redevelopment Agency Minutes of October 20, 1997.
Motion carried 5-0.
2. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
It was moved by Potts, seconded by Saltarelli, to approve Demands in
the amount of $26,525.53.
Motion carried 5-0. 380-10
3. AMENDMENT TO REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND THE CITY OF IRVINE
It was moved by Potts, seconded by Saltarelli, to approve Amendment
No. 1 to the Redevelopment Cooperative Agreement between the City of
Tustin, Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency and the City of Irvine.
Motion carried 5-0. 400-10
OTHER BUSINESS - None
CLOSED SESSION
Chair Thomas announced Agency members would convene in closed session to
confer with Agency Counsel regarding real property negotiations with
Charles W. Ford, owner of property at 120-250 Sixth Street and 715-765 E1
Camino Real. Negotiations include price and other terms and conditions.
ADJOURNMENT
Chair Thomas adjourned the meeting at 7:47 p.m. The next regular meeting
of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for Monday, November 17, 1997,
