REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
JANUARY 2, 1996
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Potts at 7:30 p.m. at the
Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, 'California,

REGULAR BUSINESS ( ITEMS 1 THROUGH 3 )
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - DECEMBER 4, 1995 REGULAR MEETING
It was moved by Thomas, seconded by Worley, to approve the
Redevelopment Agency Minutes of December 4, 19~5.
Motion carried 5-0.
2. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
It was moved by Thomas, seconded by Worley, to approve Demands in
the amount of $50,146.14.
Motion carried 5-0. 380-10
3. REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND THE CITY OF IRVINE
It was moved by Thomas, seconded by Worley, to approve subject
Redevelopment Cooperative Agreement between the City of Tustin,
Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency and the City of Irvine.
Motion carried 5-0. 400-10

ADJOURNMENT
Chairperson Potts adjourned the meeting at 7:31 p.m. The next regular
meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for Monday, January
15, 1996, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 300 Centennial Way.
