APPROVAL OF MINUTES - FEBRUARY 5, 1996 REGULAR MEETING It was moved by Doyle, seconded by Worley., to approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of February 5, 1996. Motion carried 5-0. 2. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS It was moved by Doyle, seconded by Worley, to approve Demands in the amount of $47,120.06. Motion carried 5-0. 380-10 3. NEWPORT FAMILY AND YOUTH CENTER - AUTHORIZATION FOR CONTRACT PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES It was moved by Doyle, seconded by Worley, to authorize the Assistant Executive Director to negotiate and execute an agreement with Howard, Needles, Tammen and Bergendoff, Inc. (HNTB) for Project Management Services for the Newport Family and Youth Center. subject to City Attorney approval. 400-10 Motion carried 5-0. OTHER BUSINESS NEWPORT FAMILY YOUTH CENTER Chairperson Potts reported that a sign would be erected at the Youth Center indicating renovation of the site. CLOSED SESSION - None REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MINUTES Page 2, 2-20-96 ADJOURNMENT Chairperson Potts adjourned the meeting at 9:03 p.m. The next regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for Monday, March 4, 1996, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 300 Centennial Way.
