REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Worley at 9:36 p.m. at the
Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California.

REGULAR BUSINESS (ITEMS I THROUGH 4)
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - JUNE 17, 1996 REGULAR MEETING
It was moved by Thomas, seconded by Saltarelli, to approve the
Redevelopment Agency Minutes of June 17, 1996.
Motion carried'4-0, Potts absent.
2. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
It was moved by Thomas, seconded by Saltarelli, to approve Demands in
the amount of $30,789.78. 380-10
Motion carried 4-0, Potts absent.
3. ADOPTING THE AGENCY BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING REVENUE OF THE AGENCY
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1996-97
It was moved by Thomas, seconded by Saltarelll, to adopt the
following Resolution No. RDA 96-2 adopting the Agency's 1996-97
Budget of $5,331,685.00:
RESOLUTION NO. RDA 96-2 - A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE AGENCY BUDGET
AND APPROPRIATING FROM ANTICIPATED REVENUE OF THE AGENCY FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 1996-97
Motion carried 4-0, Potts absent. 330-75 .
4. AUTHORIZATION FOR CONTRACT FOR CITY VIDEO
It was moved by Thomas, seconded by Saltarell~, to authorize the
Assistant City Manager to execute a consultant services contract with
PSI, Inc. for the production of a City of Tustin Video in an amount
not to exceed $25,000.00; and to appropriate $12,500.00 from the
South Central Redevelopment Project Area and $12,500.00 from the Town
Center Redevelopment Project Area to cover the cost of this contract.

Chair Worley adjourLed the meeting at 9:36 p.m. The next regular meeting
of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for Monday, July 15, 1996, at
7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 300 Centennial Way.
