REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
OCTOBER 7, 1996
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Worley at 9:15 p.m. at the
Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California.

REGULAR BUSINESS ( ITEMS i THROUGH 3 )
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - SEPTEMBER 16, 1996 REGULAR MEETING
Agencymember Potts announced he would abstain from voting on this
item due to his absence from the September 16, 1996 meeting.
It was moved by Saltarelli, seconded by Doyle, to approve the
Redevelopment Agency Minutes of September 16, 1996.
Motion carried 3-0, Potts abstained, Thomas absent.
2. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
It was moved by Saltarelli, seconded by Doyle, to approve Demands in
the amount of $56,550.90.
Motion carried 4-0, Thomas absent. 380-10
3. HOUSING STRATEGY FOR HOME OWNERSHIP; SOUTHWEST NEIGHBORHOOD
It was moved by Saltarelli, seconded by Doyle, to authorize the
execution of a contract with California Housing Partners, LLC to
develop a housing strategy for home ownership in a portion of the
Southwest Neighborhood; and appropriate $128,195.00 from the South
Central Project Area Housing Set-Aside fund to finance the study.
Motion carried 4-0, Thomas absent. 650-05
