REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Saltarelli at 9:30 p.m.
at the Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California.

REGULAR BUSINESS (ITEMS I THROUGH 4)
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - JUNE 6, 1994 REGULAR MEETING
It was moved by Thomas, seconded by Potts, to approve the
Redevelopment Agency Minutes of June 6, 1994.
Motion carried 4-0, Worley absent.
2. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
It was moved by Thomas, seconded by Potts, to approve Demands in
the amount of $166,147.01.
Motion carried 4-0, Worley absent. 380-10
3. WORKING CAPITAL LOAN AGREEMENT WITH FIRST INTERSTATE BANK
Ronald Nault, Finance Director, reported that because of the cash
flow needs of the General Fund and the legislative changes
contained in Assembly Bill 1290 for fiscal year 1993-94, the Agency
secured a loan from First Interstate Bank. He noted that the
proposed loan was a one-year working capital transaction; and
explained the interest rates and costs of the loan.
It was moved by Thomas, seconded by Doyle, to adopt the following
Resolution No. RDA 94-9 approving a one-year working Capital Loan
Agreement with First Interstate Bank and authorizing the Executive
Director to execute the Agreement on behalf of the Redevelopment
Agency:
RESOLUTION NO. RDA 94-9 - A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING ACQUISITION OF A
$3,000,000 WORKING CAPITAL LOAN FROM FIRST INTERSTATE BANK OF
CALIFORNIA
Motion carried 4-0, Worley absent. 400-10
4. MICRO CENTER DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
Christine Shingleton, Assistant Executive Director, reported that
Micro Center requested this item be continued to the July 5, 1994
Agency meeting.

It was moved by Potts, seconded by Thomas, to continue this item to
the July 5, 1994 Redevelopment Agency meeting.
Motion carried 4-0, Worley absent.

ADJOURNMENT
Chairperson Saltarelli adjourned the meeting at 9:33 p.m. The next
regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for Tuesday,
July 5, 1994, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 300 Centennial
Way.
