REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
NOVEMBER 1, 1993
1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Potts at 8:12 p.m.
at the Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California.
2. ROLL CALL

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - OCTOBER 19, 1993 REGULAR MEETING
It Was moved by Puckett, seconded by Pontious, to approve the
Redevelopment Agency Minutes of October 19, 1993. "-
Motion carried 5-0.
4. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
It was moved by Puckett, seconded by Pontious, to approve Demands
in the amount of $272,177.89.
Motion carried 5-0. 380-10
5.COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING AFFORDABILITY STRATEGY
It was moved by Thomas, seconded by Pontious, to approve the
proposed Comprehensive Housing Affordability Strategy.
Motion carried 5-0.
It was moved by Thomas, seconded by Puckerr, to adopt the following
Resolution No. RDA 93-15:
RESOLUTION NO. RDA 93-15 - A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, FINDING THAT THE USE OF TAX
INCREMENT HOUSING SET-ASIDE FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE SOUTH CENTRAL
PROJECT AREA AND FROM THE TOWN CENTER PROJECT AREA FOR THE
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN COMPREHENSIVE AFFORDABLE '
HOUSING STRATEGY OUTSIDE THE PROJECT AREAS WITHIN THE CITY OF
TUSTIN WILL BE OF PRIMARY BENEFIT TO BOTH PROJECT AREAS

7. ADJOURNMENT
Chairperson Potts adjourned the meeting at 8:15 p.m. The next
regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for
Monday, November 15, 1993, 7:00 p.m., at the Council Chambers, 300
Centennial Way.
