HomeMy WebLinkAboutRDA MINUTES 1992 01 06 MINUTES REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA JANUARY 6, 1992 1. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Puckett at 8:50 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California. 2. ROLL CALL Members Present: Charles E. Puckett, Chairperson __ Leslie Anne Pontious, Chairperson Pro Tem Richard B. Edgar Jim Potts Earl J. Prescott Members Absent: None Recording Secretary: Mary E. Wynn Others Present: William A. Huston, Executive Dir./City Manager James G. Rourke, City Attorney Christine Shingleton, Asst. Executive Director W. Douglas Franks, Chief of Police Robert Ledendecker, Director of Public Works Ronald A. Nault, Finance Director Dana Kasdan, Engineering Services Manager Dan Fox, Senior Planner Gary Megill, Recreation Supervisor Becky Stone, Assistant Planner Randy Westrick, Recreation Supervisor Katie Pitcher, Administrative Assistant Valerie Whiteman, Chief Deputy City Clerk Approximately 120 in the audience 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - DECEMBER 2, 1991 REGULAR MEETING It was moved by Potts, seconded by Edgar, to approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes Of December 2, 1991. ~ Motion carried 5-0. 4. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS It was moved by Potts, seconded by Edqar, to approve Demands in the amount of $714,441.16. Motion carried 5-0. 380-10 5. STREET LIGHTING - NISSON ROAD It was moved by Edqar, seconded by Pontious, to approve the installation of street lighting along the southerly side of Nisson Road between "B" Street and 400 feet easterly of Pasadena Avenue; and authorize a supplemental budget appropriation in the amount of $33,800.00 to the 1991-92 Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency (South-Central Project Area) Capital Improvement Budget. Motion carried 5-0. 730-55 6. UNDERGROUNDING UTILITIES AT ALLEY (CIVIC CENTER SITE) It was moved by Prescott, seconded by Pontious, to receive and file subject report. A Motion carried 5-0. 810-20 7.OTHER BUSINESS - None 8.
