TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Puckett at 9:08 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California. 2. ROLL CALL Members Present: Charles E. APPROVALOF MINUTES -FEBRUARY 3, 1992 REGULAR MEETING It was moved by. Pontious, seconded by Edgar, to approve the Redevelopment Agency. Minutes of February 3, 1992. Motion carried 5-0. 4. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS It.was moved by Pontious, seconded by Edgar, to approve Demands in the amount of $173,013.47. Motion-carried 5-0. 380-10 5. APPROPRIATION AND 1991-92 PROGRAM COMMITMENT OF SOUTH CENTRAL HOUSING SET-ASIDE FUNDS Christins Shingleton, Assistant Executive Director, reported Council had directed staff to develop program guidelines for use of 20 percent'housing set-aside monies for housing rehabilitation and certain public improvements within designated target areas in the South Central Project area. 'She summarized the program components including: single family residential deferred payment loan program; rental loan'program; and a public improvement program. It was moved by Edgar, seconded by Pontious, to approve the use of $550,000 in South Central Housing Set-aside funds for implementation of specific housing rehabilitation programs and public improvements in the southwest neighborhood as part of the" City's Communit~ Improvement Partnership Program; and to appropriate and obligate $550,000 in South Central Project area housing set-aside'funds (as part of 1991-92 Redevelopment Agency Budget) for implementation of specific. approved programs associated with the City's Community Improvement Partnership Program. Any unspent balance of obligated Housing Set-aside funds will be carried over to fiscal year 1992-93. MotiOn carried 5-0. 620-10 6.
