REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
DECEMBER 21, 1992
1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Pontious at 10:55 p.m.
at the Tustin Area Senior Center, 200 South "C" Street, Tustin,
California.
2. ROLL CALL

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - DECEMBER 7, 1992 REGULAR MEETING
It was moved by Puckett, seconded by Thoma s, to approve the
Redevelopment Agency Minutes of December 7, 1992.
Motion carried 5-0.
4. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
It was moved by Puckett, seconded by Thomas, to approve Demands in
the amount of $1,636,918.88.
Motion carried 5-0. 380-10
5. TUSTIN CIVIC CENTER/PHASE II TESTING COSTS
Christine Shingleton, Assistant Executive Director, reported this
was a change order request to the existing contract with Wyman
Testing Laboratories on Phase II of the Civic Center project.
It was moved by Potts, seconded by Thomas, to allow a change order
to Wyman Testing Laboratories not to exceed $7,000.00 due to the
additional Phase II soils testing/engineering required and the
asphalt testing inspections.
Motion carried 5-0. 400-10
6. LIBRARY RENOVATION FUNDING
It was moved by Thomas, seconded by Saltarelli , to receive and file
subject report.
Motion carried 5-0. 910-30
7. OTHER BUSINESS - REDEVELOPMENT SOUTH CENTRAL AND HOUSING SET ASIDE
FUNDS
Agency Member Saltarelli requested information on the approximate
balance in the South Central Redevelopment fund and the amount of
Housing Set Aside increments.
8. ADJOURNMENT
Chairperson Pontious adjourned the meeting at 10:58 p.m. The next
regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for
