REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
APRIL 1, 1991
1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Edgar at 10:08 p.m.
in the City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin,
California.
2. ROLL CALL

~'~ 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - MARCH 18, 1991 REGULAR MEETING
It was moved by Puckett, seconded by Pontious, to approve the
Redevelopmerit Agency Minutes of March 18, 1991.
Motion carried 4-0, Prescott absent.
4. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
It was moved by Puckett, seconded by Pontious, to approve Demands
in the amount of $90,318.05.
Motion carried 4-0, Prescott absent. 60
5. DESIGN REVIEW 91-06 (305 EAST MAIN STREET)
Christine Shingleton, Assistant City Manager, stated this item was
appealed by the applicant and recommended continuance to the May 6
Redevelopment Agency meeting.
It was moved by Potts, seconded by Pontions, to continue this item
to the May 6 Redevelopment Agency meeting.
Motion carried 4-0, Prescott absent.

"" 6. DESIGN REVIEW 88-20 REVISION (15642 PASADENA AVENUE)
It was moved by Puckett, seconded by Pontiou~, to approve the
following Resolution No. RDA 91-5:
RESOLUTION NO. RDA 91-5 - A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RECERTIFYING THE FINAL NEGATIVE
DECLARATION FOR DESIGN REVIEW 88-20 AS ADEQUATE FOR A REVISION TO
SAID DESIGN REVIEW, INCLUDING REQUIRED FINDINGS PURSUANT TO THE
CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT
Motion carried 3-1, Potts opposed, Prescott absent.
It was moved by Pontious, seconded by Puckett, to approve the
following Resolution No. RDA 91-7:

AVENUE
Motion carried 3-1, Potts opposed, Prescott absent. 60
7. OTHER BUSINESS
A. MEASURE M FUNDS
Councilmember Potts questioned when the 91 Freeway would be
widened using Measure M funds.
B. WIZARDROME VIDEO ARCADE
Councilmember Ports commended staff on the assistance given to
Wizardrome Video Arcade.
8. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Edgar adjourned the meeting at 10:10 p.m. The next regular
15, 1991, at 7:00 p.m.
