REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
SEPTEMBER 16, 1991
1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Puckett at 7:38 p.m.
in the City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin,
California.

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - SEPTEMBER 3, 1991 REGULAR MEETING
It was moved by Edqar, seconded by pontious, to approve the
Redevelopment Agency Minutes of September 3, 1991.
Motion carried 5-0.
4. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
It was moved by Edqar, seconded by Pontious, to approve Demands in
the amount of $158,081.99.
Motion carried 5-0. 330-75
5. INDEPENDENT TESTING LABORATORY FOR COLUMBUS TUSTIN PARK PHASE 2A
Rita Westfield, Assistant Director of Community Development,
reported that concrete testing services for the storm drain
structures and paving were required. Wyman Testing Laboratories
was currently under contract with the Agency on the Civic Center
project; their references had been investigated and were excellent.
It was moved by Edqar, seconded by Pontious, to authorize a
purchase order to Wyman Testing Laboratory to perform concrete
testing services in an amount not to exceed $10,000.
Motion carried 5-0. 920-20
6. STEVENS SQUARE PARKING STRUCTURE LITIGATION
James Rourke, City Attorney, reported an acceptable settlement had
been reached by all parties regarding the litigation of repairs and
reconstruction of the Stevens Square parking structure. He stated
that no claim for reimbursement related to the
defects/repairs/reconstruction of the parking structure would be
sought from the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency.
It was moved by Ports, seconded by Pontious, to approve subject
settlement and authorize the execution of the Settlement Agreement
as recommended by the City Attorney.
