OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
MAY 1, 1989
1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Kennedy at 8:20 p.m.
in the City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin,
California.

3. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $290,191.99
It was moved by Edgar, seconded by Hoesterey, to approve subject
demands in the amount of $290,191.99. The motion carried 5-0. 60
4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - APRIL 17, 1989, REGULAR MEETING
It was moved by Edgar, seconded by Hoestere~,, to approve the Minutes
of April 17, 1989. The motion carried 5-0.
5. OFFER TO PURCHASE AGENCY PROPERTY (PARCEL 10, EL CAMINO REAL)
On the recommendation of William Huston, Executive Director, it was
moved by Hoesterey, seconded by Edgar, that this item be continued
at the May 15, 1989, Redevelopment Agency meeting.
The motion carried 5-0. 60
6. CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMANCE
It was moved by Hoesterey, seconded by Edgar, to approve the
following:
(1) Approve by Minute Order as to form, the Certificate of
Conformance; and
(2) Direct staff to issue Certificates accordingly:
! ~ a. Prospect Park Homeowners' Association (40 separate owners
and owners' association) - 201 to 392 South Prospect
b. Palmwood Homeowners' Association - 435 East First Street
c. Packer's Circle Homeowners' Association - 1101 to 1181
Packers Circle
d. Tustin War Memorial, Inc. - 150 East First Street
Mayor Kennedy commended the Community Development Department staff
for their sensitivity to the concerns of the subject property owners
regarding freedom from condemnation and for staff's research that
enabled the issuance of Certificates of Conformance.

Council/staff discussion followed regarding other property remaining
in the Redevelopment Agency area that had not been issued
Certificates of Conformance. Staff to continue their review of
other requests for Certificates of Conformance. 60
The motion carried 5-0.

At 8:25 p.m., the meeting was adjourned to the next Regular Meeting
on Monday, May 15, 1989, at 7:00 p.m.
