OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
AUGUST 7, 1989
1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Kennedy at 9:30 p.m.
in the City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin,

~ 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - JULY 17, 1989, REGULAR MEETING
It was moved by Hoesterey, seconded by Edqar, to approv~ the Minutes
of July 17, 1989.
The motion carried 5-0.
4. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
It was moved by Hoesterey, seconded by Edqar, to approve subject
demands in the amount of $5,922.76o

5. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING - TUSTIN PROMENADE PROJECT
It was moved by Hoesterey, seconded by Edqar, to continue this item
until the Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) on subject
project is submitted for Redevelopment Agency action.
The following members of the audience spoke regarding the Agency's
financial assistance to the project:
Ali Khan, 14600 Golden West #209 Westminster (Opposed)
Edmund Shaheen, Planning Commissioner (Favored)
Mark Bachan, Tustin (Undetermined)
Mayor Kennedy noted the staff report included a chronology
describing the ten public meetings that were held on this matter
and she encouraged the newspapers to publish the chronology.
By unanimous informal consent, the motion carried. 60
6. RESOLUTION NO. RDA 89-19
It was moved by Hoesterey, seconded by Edqar, to approve the
following:

RESOLUTION NO. RDA 89-19 - A RESOLUTION OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING REVENUE OF THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR FISCAL YEAR 1989-90
AdOpt Resolution No. RDA 89-19 appropriating the Redevelopment
Agency Budget of $3,440,689.00 for fiscal year 1989-90.
The motion carried 3-2, Kelly and PrescOtt opposed. 60
