1o CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 8:11 p.m. by Chairman Hoesterey in
the City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California.

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - FEBRUARY 1, 1988, REGULAR MEETING
It was moved b~ Edgar, seconded b~ Prescott, to approve the Minutes of
the February 1, 1987, Regular Meeting. The motion carried 5-0.
4. REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DEMANDS - DECEMBER, 1987, AND JANUARY, 1988
It was m.oved b~ Kennedy, seconded by Prescott, to approve Demands in the
amounts of $1,022.44 for December, 1987, and $3,152.50 for January,
1988, as recommended by the Finance Department. The motion carried 5-0.
5. NEWPORT/MCFADDEN AVENUE UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 10 60
It was moved by Kennedy, seconded by Edgar, to continue subject item.

6. NEWPORT/MCFADDEN AVENUE UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 10 STREET
LIGHTING

7. APPROPRIATION FOR TUSTIN AREA SENIOR CENTER - RESOLUTION NO. RDA 88-2
RESOLUTION NO. RDA 88-2 - A RESOLUTION OF THE TUSTIN REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE TUSTIN AREA SENIOR CENTER AND
DETERMINING THAT THE PROJECT IS A BENEFIT TO THE TOWN CENTER PROJECT
AREA AND THERE ARE NO OTHER REASONABLE MEANS OF COMPLETING THE FINANCING
OF THE PROJECT
It was moved b~ Prescott, seconded b~ Kennedy, to 1) Adopt Resolution
No. RDA 88-2; and 2) Appropriate $250,000.00 from unappropriated
reserves of the Redevelopment Agency as recommended by the Community
Services Department. The motion carried 5-0. 50
