CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chairman Hoesterey at 9:34 p.m. in the City Council Chambers~ 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California. ' 2. ROLL CALL Agency Members Present: Ronald B. Hoesterey, Chairperson' · Ursula Kennedy, Chairperson Pro Tem Richard B. Edgar John Kelly Earl J. Prescott Agency Members Absent: None Others Present: William A. Huston, City Manager James Rourke, City Attorney Mary E. Wynn, Recording Secretary Christine Shingleton, Director of Community Development Fred Wakefield, Acting Police Chief Robert Ledendecker, Director of Public Works Valerie Whiteman, Deputy City Clerk Steve Rubin, Senior Planner Approximately 20 in the audience 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES-- SEPTEMBER 6, 1988, ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING It was moved by Kennedy, seconded bv Edqar, to approve the Minutes of September 6, 1988. The motion carried 5-0. 4. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $7,206.40 It was moved bV Kennedy, seconded by Edqar, to approve subject demands in the amount of $7,206.40. The motion carried 5-0. 60 5. COMPLIANCE WITH AB 265 CONCERNING "SET ASIDE,, FUNDS FOR LOW AND MODERATE INCOME HOUSING It was moved by Kennedy, seconded by Edqar, to adopt the fol 1 owing: RESOLUTION NO. RDA 88-10 - A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, REGARDING THE READOPTION OF A STATEMENT OF EXISTING OBLIGATIONS OR PROGRAMS OR BOTH IN CONNECTION WITH THE --- IMPLEMENTATION OF THE TOWN CENTER REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT RESOLUTION NO. RDA 88-11 - A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, MAKING A FINDING RELATING TO THE TOWN CENTER PROJECT AREA LOW AND MODERATE INCOME HOUSING FUND DEPOSITS PURSUANT TO SECTION 33334.6 OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT LAW The motion carried 5-0. 60 6.
