OF THE REDEVELOPNENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
FEBRUARY 2, 1987
1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 8:45 p.m. by Chairman Saltarelli in the
City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California.
2. ROLL CALL

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - JANUARY 19, 1987, REGULAR MEETING
It was moved by Kennedy, seconded by Edgar, to approve Minutes of the
January 19, 1987, Regular Meeting. Motion carried 5-0.
r-- 4. ACCOUNTING PROCEDURES FOR PARKING AGREEMENT, 333 EL CAMING REAL
The Agency approved a parking agreement for 333 E1 Camino Real on
January 19, 1987. The City Council agreed to accept fees on behalf of the
Redevelopment Agency to be held in trust for use by the Agency. (Refer-
ence City Council Minutes, Consent Calendar Item No. 11.)
As recommended in the inter-com dated February 2, 1987, prepared by the
Community Development Department, it was moved by Hoesterey, seconded by
Edgar, to authorize the City Council to approve creation of the necessary
trust accounts to accept payments for the Agency pursuant to the pre-
viously approved parking agreement with Richard Rengel for 333 E1 Camino
Real. The motion carried 5-0. 50
5. OTHER BUSINESS
None.
6. ADJOURNMENT
At 8:46 p.m., it was moved by Edgar, seconded by Noestere~, that the meet-
ing be adjourned to the next Adjourned Regular Meeting on Tuesday,
· February 17, 1987, at 7:00 p.m. Carried 5-0.
