CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 8:02 p.m. by Chairman Greinke in the ,-. City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California. 2. ROLL CALL Agency Members Present: Frank H, Grei:nke, Chairman Donald j. Saltarelli, Chairman Pro Tem Richard B. Edgar Ronald B. Hoesterey Ursula E, Kennedy Agency Members Absent: None Others Present: William A. Huston, Exec. Director/City Manager James G, Rourke, City Attorney Mary E, Wynn, Recording Secretary/City Clerk Donald D. Lamm, Community Development Director Robert S. Ledendecker, Director of Public Works Roylean A, White, Dir. of Com. & Admin, Services Fred Wakefield, Police Captain Susan Jones, Recreation Superintendent Approximately 10 in the audience 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES It was moved by Hoestere~, seconded by Edgar, to approve Minutes of the January 20, 1986, Regular Meeting, Motion carried 5-0. 4. RED HILL AVENUE & MOULTON PARKWAY/EDINGER STREET TRAFFIC SIGNAL & INTER- SECTION IMPROVEMENTS As recommended in the inter-com dated January 29, 1986, prepared by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer, it was moved by Hoesterey, sec- onded by Edgar, to authorize a supplemental budget appropriation in the amount of $36,000 for traffic signal and intersection improvements at the Red Hill Avenue and Moulton Parkway/Edinger Street intersection. The motion carried 5-0. 94 5, OTHER BUSINESS Councilwoman Kennedy reported that tenants of the California Apartment complex have expressed concern that the Callis-Mutual Propane Company at 1001 E. Edinger has expanded their use. She requested that the Community Development Director investigate same. 6. ADJOURNMENT At 8:36 p,m, the meeting was adjourned to the next Adjourned Regular Meet- ing on Tuesday, February 18, 1986, at 7:00 p.m. by unanimous informal consent, CHAIRMAN
