OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
APRIL 2, 1984
1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Hoesterey at 8:25 p.m. in the
City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California.
2. ROLL CALL

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
It was moved by Saltarelli, seconded by Kennedy, to approve the minutes of
the March 19, 1984, meeting. Carried 4-0, Greinke absent.
4. OTHER BUSINESS
Mr. Saltarelli reported that the City of Downey has taken great exception
! to mailers sent out by American High Speed Rail Corporation, and suggested
staff contact Downey city officials about possibly supporting Tustin's
lawsuit through both an amicus curiae brief and financial contribution.

5. ADJOURNMENT
At 8:26 p.m. the Agency meeting was adjourned to the next regular meeting
on April 16, 1984, by unanimous informal consent.
