THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
SEPTEMBER 4, 1984
1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting wa~' called to order by Chairperson Kennedy at 9:02 p.m. in the
City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California.
2. ROLL CALL

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
It was moved by Edgar, seconded by Greinke, to approve the minutes of the
August 20, 1984, meeting. The motion carried 2-0, Kennedy abstained,
Hoesterey and Saltarelli absent.
4. RESOLUTION NO. RDA 84-11 - A Resolution of the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Tustin, California, APPROVING THE DESIGN PLAN FOR
THE SENIOR BOARD AND CARE FACILITY AT 1262 BRYAN AVENUE
It was moved by Greinke, seconded by Edgar, to continue this Agenda item
to the September 17, 1984, meeting when all the Council would be present.
Carried 3-0, Hoesterey and Saltarelli absent. 81
5. RESOLUTION NO. RDA 84-10 - A Resolution of the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Tustin, California, APPROVING THE DESIGN OF A 2700
SQUARE FOOT PROFESSIONAL OFFICE AT 130 S. PROSPECT AVENUE
The staff report was given by Alan Warren, Senior Planner, as contained in
the Inter-Com from the Community Development Department dated September 4,
1984.
It was moved by Greinke, seconded by Edgar, to adopt Resolution No. RDA
84-10. Motion carried 3-0, Hoesterey and Saltarelli absent. 81
6. OTHER BUSINESS
Mr. Greinke requested that the Mayor send a letter to the Mayor of the
City of Orange congratulating the City of Orange for an excellent faire in
their city. The letter should also include an invitation to our Tiller
Day activities.
7. ADJOURNMENT
It was moved by Greinke, seconded by Edgar, to adjourn to the next regular
meeting on September 17, 1984, at 7:00 p.m.
