CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chairman Edgar at 7:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California. 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE & INVOCATION The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was led by Chairperson Pro Tem Kemedy, ~d the Invocation was given by Chairman Edgar. 3.ROLL CALL Agency Meters Present: Richard B. Edgar, Chaiman Ursula E. Kennedy, Chairperson Pro Tem Frat H. Greinke Ronald B. Hoesterey Agency Meters ~sent: Donald J. Saltarelli Others Present: William A. Huston, Executive Director/City Mgr. J~es G. Rourke, City Attorney Mary E. ~nn, Recording Secretary/City Clerk Michael Brotemarkle, Co~unity Dev. Director Roy Gonzales, Personnel Director Robert Ledendecker, Director of P~lic Works Charles R. ~ayer, Chief of Police Royleen A. ~ite, Comunity Services Director R. Kenneth Fleagle, Planning Consultant Approximately 25 in the audience 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES It was moved b~ Kennedy, seconded by Greinke, to a~rove the minutes of the January iT, ~983, meeting. Carried 4-0, Saltarelli ~sent. 5. EL CAMINO REAL BOLLARDS As recomended in the report dated January 2~, J983, prepared by the Director of P~lic Works, it was moved by Greinke, seconded b~ Hoesterey, to not relocate the E1 Camino Real/Main Street bollards to a cle~ dis- tance of 40 inches between ~e center two bollards on each corner. Following an Agency/staff discussion period, ~e motion carried 4-0, Saltarelli ~sent. 95 6.OTHER BUSINESS None. 7.
