OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
March 7, 1983
1. CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE/INVOCATION
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Edgar at 7:00 p.m. in the City
Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California.
~ The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was led by Mr. Saltarelli, and the
I Invocation was given by Mr. Hoesterey.
2. ROLL CALL

Ursula E. Kennedy, Chairperson Pro Tem
Frank H. Greinke
Ronald B. Hoesterey
Donald J. Saltarelli
Agency Members Absent: None
Others Present: William A. Huston, Executive Director/City Mgr.
James G. Rourke, City Attorney
Mary E. Wynn, Recording Secretary/City Clerk
Charles R. Thayer, Chief of Police
Alan Warren, Senior Planner
Jeff Davis, Assistant Planner
Ken Fleagle, Planning Consultant

3. APPROVALOF MINUTES
It was moved by Saltarelli~ seconded by Hoesterey, to approve the minutes
of the February 22, 1983, meeting. Carried 5-0.
4. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
It was moved by Greinke, seconded by Hoesterey, to approve General Demands
for the month of February, 1983, in the amount of $53,113.22 as
recommended by the Director of Finance. Motion carried 5-0. 81
5. OTHER BUSINESS - EL CAMINO REAL/MAIN STREET IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
In response to Chairman Edgar's concern, the Executive Director reported
that the information regarding the loss of trees will be forthcoming at
the next Agency meeting. Although the Executive Director noted that
retention of the 10% amount is automatic, it was moved by Greinke, sec-
onded by Hoesterey, to adopt a minute order to hold payment of the final
10% retention amount Until the issue is resolved. Carried 5-0. 95
6. ADJOURNMENT
At 7:03 p.m. it was moved by Kennedy, seconded by Greinke, to adjourn to
the next regular meeting on March 21, 1983. Carried 5-0.
