CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OFALLEGIANCE/INVOCATION The meeting was called to order by Chairman Edgar at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was led by Mr. Hoesterey, and the Invocation was given by Mr. Edgar. : 2. ROLL CALL. Agency Members Present: Richard B. Edgar, Chairman Ursula E. Kennedy, Chairperson Pro Tem Frank H. Greinke Ronald B. Hoesterey Donald J. Saltaretli Agency Members Absent: None Others Present: William A. Hueton, Executive Director/City Mgr. Daniel K. Spradlin, Deputy City Attorney Mary E. Wynn, Recording Secretary/City Clerk Charles R. Thayer, Chief of Police Robert S. Ledendecker, Director of Public Works Royleen White, Dir. of Com. & Admin. Services Dr. R. Kenneth Fleagle, Acting Com. Dev. Director Approximately 50 in the audience 3. RECESS - CITY COUNCIL RECONVENED At 7:02 p.m. it was moved by Hoesterey, seconded by Kennedy, to recess to the City Council meeting. Carried 5-0. At 7:06 p.m. the meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was reconvened with all members present. 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES It was moved by Edgar, seconded by Saltarell~, to approve the minutes of the March 21, 1983, meeting. Carried 5-0. 5. RESOLUTION NO. RDA 83-3 - CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE It was moved by Edgar, seconded by Grein~e, to adopt the following resolu- tion: RESOLUTION NO. RDA 83-3 - A Resolution of the Tustin Community Redevelop- ment Agency ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO ITS CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE Carried 5-0. 81 6. REORGANIZATION OF AGENCY Nominations were opened by Mr. Eoesterey. It was moved by Saltarelli, seconded by Edgar, that Ronald E. Hoesterey be nominated for Chairman and Ursula E. Kennedy for Chairperson Pro Tempore. Motion carried 5-0. 81 7. CLOCK IN DOWNTOWN TUSTIN In response to Mr. Greinke, the Director of Public Works reported that the clock in downtown Tustin will remain inoperAble until installation of a weatherproof case. 8. ADJOURNMENT At 7:09 p.m. it was moved by Kennedy, seconded by Edgar, to adjourn to the next regular meeting on April 18, 1983. Carried 5-0. CHAIRMAN E
