OF THE REDEVELOPHENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
May 2, 1983
1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chainnan Hoesterey at 8:31 p.m. in the
City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, TuStin, California, following a
meeting of the City Council.
2. ROLL CALL
Agency Members Present: Ronald B. Hoesterey, Chainnan
Ursula E. Kennedy, Chairperson Pro Tem
Richard B. Edgar
Donald J. Saltarelli
Agency Members Absent: Frank H. Greinke
Others Present: William A. Huston, Executive Director/City Mgr.
James G. Rourke, City Attorney
Mary E. Wynn, Recording Secretary/City Clerk
Charles R. Thayer, Chief of Police
Robert S. Ledendecker, Director of Public Works
Dr. R. Kenneth Fleagle, Acting Com. Dev. Director

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
It was moved by Kennedy, seconded by Edgar, to approve the minutes of the
April 18, 1983, meeting. Carried 4-0, Greinke absent.
4. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
It was moved by Edgar, seconded by Saltarelli, to approve General Demands
* for the month of March, 1983, in the amount of $6,101.79 as recommended by
the Director of Finance. Motion carried 4-0, Greinke absent. 81
5. OTHER BUSINESS
Chainnan Hoesterey requested that staff begin pl anning for the downtown
area to start things in motion for the Redevelopmerit Agency vis-a-vis the
tax allocation bond issue. The Executive Director responded that this
will be agendized within 30 days.
6. ADJOURNMENT
At 8:35 p.m. it was moved by Edgar, seconded by Kennedy, to adjourn to the
next regular meeting on May 16, 1983. Carried 4-0, Greinke absent.
