CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chairman Hoesterey at 8:20 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California, following a meeting of the City Council. ,w..,, 2. ROLL CALL Agency Members Present: Ronald B. Hoesterey, Chairman Ursula E. Kennedy, Chairperson Pro Tem Richard B. Edgar Frank H. Greinke Donald J. Saltarelli Agency Members Absent: None Others Present: William A. Huston, Executive Director/City Mgr. James G. Rourke, City Attorney Mary E. Wynn, Recording Secretary/City Clerk Ronald A. Nault, Director of Finance Robert S. Ledendecker, Director of Public Works Royleen A. White, Dir. of Com.& Admin. Services R. Kenneth Fleagle, Acting Com. Dev. Director Approximately 25 in the audience 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES It was moved by Kennedy, seconded by Greinke, to approve the minutes of the May 2, 1983, meeting. Carried 5-0. 4, TUSTIN HEIGHTS SHOPPING CENTER ENTRANCE MODIFICATION ,.. As recommended in the inter-cem dated May 16, 1983, prepared by the Com- i : munity Development Department, it ms moved by Saltarelli, seconded by Edgar, to allocate $18,400 in the current fiscal year budget to recon- · struct the public improvements for the Tustin Heights Shopping Center entrance modification. Carried 5-0. 81 5. RESOLUTION NO. RDA 83-4 - EL CAMINO REAL/MAIN STREET LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE Following consideration of the inter-com dated May 11, 1983, prepared by the Public Works Department, it was moved by Saltarelli, seconded by Kennedy, to adopt the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. RDA 834 - A Resolution of the Tustin Community Redevelop- ment Agency of the City of Tustin, California, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECI- FICATIONS FOR THE CITY OF TUSTIN FISCAL YEAR 1983-84 LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM AND DIRECTING THE SECRETARY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS Carried 4-1, Greinke opposed. 92 6. OTHER BUSINESS- HISTORICAL TUSTIN It was moved by Greinke, seconded by Edgar, to reprint the maps contained in the "Walk Through Tustin" brochure published by the Tustin Area Histor- ical Society for distribution in City Hall to generate additional foot traffic in the Redevelopment area. Carried 5-0. 81 Mayor Hoesterey reported on the recent meeting held by the California Historical & Preservation Society in Tustin. Council concurred to send a commendation to Carol Jordan in coordinating the event. 84 7. ADJOURNMENT At 8:23' p'.m, it was moved by Edgar, seconded by Kennedy, to adjourn to the nextregular meeting on June 6, 1983. Carried 5-0.
