CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chairman Hoesterey at 10:18 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California following a meeting of the City Council. ' 2. ROLL CALL Agency Members Present: Ronald B. HOesterey, Chairman Ursula E. Kennedy, Chairperson Pro Tem Richard B. Edgar Frank H. Greinke Donald j. Saltarelli Agency Members Absent: None Others Present: James G. Rourke, City Attorney Robert S. Ledendecker, Director of Public Works Mary E. Wynn, Recording Secretary/City Clerk Captain N. Williams, Police Department Ronald A. Nault, Director of Finance Royleen A. White, Dir. of Com. & Admin. Services Don Lamm, Community Development Director R. Kenneth Fleagle, Planning Consultant Approximately 25 in the audience 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES It was moved by Kennedy, seconded by Edgar, to approve the minutes of the June 20 and July 5, 1983, meetings. Carried 5-0. 4. BID AWARD - FISCAL YEAR 1983-84 LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE, EL CAMINO REAL/MAIN ~" STREET Bids for subject project were opened July 8, 1983, and received as fol- 1 ows: Midori Gardens, Santa Aria $9,600.00 Landscape West, Los Angel es $11,125.00 As recommended in the inter-com dated July 11, 1983, prepared by the Engi- neering Division, it was moved by Edgar, seconded by Greinke, to award the contract for subject project to Midori Gardens, Santa Ana, in the amount of $9,600.00. OTHER BUSINESS None. 7. ADJOURNMENT At 10:20 p.m. it was moved by Greinke, seconded by Edgar, to adjourn to the next regular meeting on August 1, 1983. Motion carried 5-0.
