THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
JUlY 18, 1983
1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Hoesterey at 10:18 p.m. in the
City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California following a
meeting of the City Council. '
2. ROLL CALL

Agency Members Absent: None

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
It was moved by Kennedy, seconded by Edgar, to approve the minutes of the
June 20 and July 5, 1983, meetings. Carried 5-0.
4. BID AWARD - FISCAL YEAR 1983-84 LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE, EL CAMINO REAL/MAIN
~" STREET
Bids for subject project were opened July 8, 1983, and received as fol-
1 ows:
Midori Gardens, Santa Aria $9,600.00
Landscape West, Los Angel es $11,125.00
As recommended in the inter-com dated July 11, 1983, prepared by the Engi-
neering Division, it was moved by Edgar, seconded by Greinke, to award the
contract for subject project to Midori Gardens, Santa Ana, in the amount
of $9,600.00. Carried 5-0. 92

REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT

7. ADJOURNMENT
At 10:20 p.m. it was moved by Greinke, seconded by Edgar, to adjourn to
the next regular meeting on August 1, 1983. Motion carried 5-0.
