HomeMy WebLinkAboutRDA MINUTES 1983 11 21 MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE REDEVELOPNENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA NOVEMBER 21, 1983 1, CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chairman Hoesterey at 8:09 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California. ~'- 2. Saltarelli Agency Members Absent: None Others Present: James G. Rourke, City Attorney William A. Huston, Exec. Director/City Manager Mary E. W3mn, Recording Secretary/City C1 erk Donald D. Lamm. Com. Development Director Ronald A. Nault, Director of Finance Captain N. Willjams, Police Department Robert S. Ledendecker, Director of Public Works Royleen A. White, Com. & Admin. Services Director Approximately 11 in the audience 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES It was moved by Kennedy, seconded by Greinke, to approve the minutes of the November/, 19~3, meeting. garried 5-0. 4. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS /" It was moved by Kennedy, seconded by Edgar, to approve demands for the month of October, 1983, in the amount of $3/,872.51 as recommended by the Director of Finance. Motion carried 5-0. 81 5. ANNUAL REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1982-83 Following consideration of the inter-com dated November 16, 1983, prepared by the Planning Consultant, it was moved by Greinke, seconded by Edgar, to adopt the fol 1 owl rig: RESOLUTION NO. RDA 83-7 - A Resolution of the Redevelopmerit Agency of the City of Tustin, APPROVING & TRANSMITTING THE ANNUAL REPORT FOR FY 1982-83 Motion carried 5-0. 81 6. OTHER BUSINESS The Director of Public Works responded to Mr. Greinke that the holiday decorations for the downtown area have arrived and will be installed the week after the Thanksgiving weekend. 7.
