APPROVAL OF MINUTES It was moved b~ Kennedy, seconded by Edgar, to approve the minutes of the ~rch ~, ~982, re~lar meeting. Carried 4. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS It was moved b~ Hoestere~, seconded by Edgar, to approve General Demands for the month of February, ~982, in the ~o~t of $38,186.07 as reco~ ~ mended by ~e Director of Finance. Motion carried 5-0. 81 5. As reco~ mended in the report dated ~rch 9, 1982, prepared by the Engineering Division, it was ~ved b~ Edgar, seconded by Kennedy, to award the con- tract for s~ject project to the low bidder, Porter Construction Company, Inc., Santa Ana, in ~e ~o~t of $80,741.58.
